Bristol Craft Beer Festival Line Up
What: Bristol Craft Beer Festival When: 2nd & 3rd September
Where: Motion’s recently refurbished 'The Skate Park'
Facial hair: Most probably
Good Times: Most definitely
Greg Wells, one of the festival founders has a few breweries in particular he is looking forward to:
"Dugges from Sweden and Lervig from Norway are two incredible breweries. We'd suggest Topic Thunder from Dugges, a sour fruit ale and Old Oaked Abbot, which is a Belgian Quadrupel that has been aged in oak. One is fruity and very drinkable, the other is gigantic beer, with huge depth and strength. From Lervig, their new Grapefruit IPA is very drinkable, juicy IPA.
Locally, we're excited to be bringing Cloudwater to the festival from Manchester. They're a new kid on the block but are doing some incredible stuff. We'll also be pretty much the first public place to try Lost & Grounded. This is a new Bristol brewery founded by the former Head Brewer of Camden Town, and one of the key men at Little Creatures in Australia. Their Kellerbier is going to be ready (fingers crossed) and will a future classic beer in the UK."
